CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER - ETHIC TECH

 Kevin Long is the founder of Ethic Tech, serving as the managing member and Chief Operating Officer. He is responsible for the daily operations of the company and works to ensure financial stability and operating efficiency to Ethic Tech's DoD customers and industry partners. Mr. Long is responsible for building employee alignment with company goals and meeting employee expectations while accomplishing customer requirements. He also leads the executive management team to develop, execute, and refine strategic corporate initiatives. Mr. Long is a North Alabama Native, has served 13 years in the Army and is currently serving as a Commander in the Mississippi Army National Guard, 155th Armored Brigade Combat Team (ABCT). 

 CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER - ETHIC TECH

Michael Saylor is the Chief Executive Officer, an owner, and a founding contributor of Ethic Tech. Mr. Saylor is a native of Huntsville, AL, and has continuously served the DoD as either an Army Officer / Aviator or Contractor since his graduation from West Point in 1982. Mr. Saylor is a results-driven executive with over 35 years of experience leading organizations through start-up, accelerated growth, change, and sustained operations. Mr. Saylor has led engineering, verification/ validation, and automation/ improvement efforts for various customers worldwide, with teams of over 100 employees and contracts with annual values of over $15M. 

CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER - 5SRC

 Greg Gaddy joined 5SRC in June 2012 as the Vice President and now serves as the Chief Operating Officer. He is responsible for the daily operations of the company and works to ensure financial strength and operating efficiency to 5SRC’s DoD customers and industry partners. He also works within the executive management team to develop and execute strategic corporate initiatives. He performs emerging market analyses, develops and maintains client and capabilities portfolios, and manages proposals. He is a former Department of the Army civilian where he specialized in advanced materials research, development, and transition. 

PRESIDENT - 5SRC

 Steve Willhelm joined 5SRC in May of 2010 after 22 years of military service and represents 5SRC to industry partners and major customers. His military positions included leadership at the platoon and company level and time as an instructor and operations officer. His acquisition assignments included Assistant Product Manager at Terminal High Altitude Area Defense in the THAAD Fire Control / Communication and Radar Product Offices, Range Control Officer (RCO) at Reagan Test Site (RTS), Deputy Director for the Test Execution Directorate, GMD Joint Program Office and the Product Manager for the ACAT 1-D Joint Land Attack Cruise Missile Defense Elevated Netted Sensor System (JLENS).
